Challenge

After successfully implementing the client’s Oracle EPM Cloud Planning application with Olympus, the client faced the challenge of a lack of internal resources and expertise needed to support the application and their FP&A business users. With this constraint, the client needed to evaluate the cost-benefit of building an internal team with the required technical expertise versus outsourcing support to an Oracle partner firm with a Support Services business line.

Result

Upon evaluating their options, the client chose to continue partnering with Olympus to monitor and maintain their application and support their FP&A business users.
